Johnny Weir has publicly come out with his disdain for America’s favorite mother Kate Gosselin calling her “a terror!”

Apparently his cousins used to live behind the Gosselins’ Pennsylvania home and they weren’t good neighbors! He explains:

“She was a terror! My cousins’ house backs up to the house Jon and Kate lived in. It’s a very small and quiet area. Everyone’s like, ‘What are paparazzi doing in the middle of Amish country?’ It was really annoying for everybody.”

Johnny met Kate during an ice skating charity event but said that “she was rude to everyone” and “showed up very late.”

“She’s not a film star. She’s not a singer,” Johnny rants. “And it’s not really acceptable in those case either, to be a nasty person.”

We agree — it appears she won’t have his vote for Dancing With The Stars!

Jude Law has signed on for a new flick in which he will play a “scaremonger” blogger called Contagion. It is a Steven Soderbergh’s thriller and shooting will get underway by the end of the year, so Jude has enough time to prepare for the role. He explains:

“They’re saving it ’til the end of the year because I got a lot of method, a lot of deep character work I got to do to get there.”

Hey, we have an idea! How about you swing by and we grab some drinks? You can pick our brain and we can stare at your face for a couple of hours. We bet that would really help you!

As we previously mentioned, Pink Floyd was suing EMI Group over music royalties - and they won!

The record label will no longer be selling single downloads from their concept albums. It has not been determined how much the band will be owed, but the costs are estimated at £60,000.

Despite the fact that Pink Floyd’s contract stated that their music could not be “unbundled” from its original context, EMI had been selling the music as singles AND using it as ringtones.

Ouch!

Wonder how long its gonna be till EMI completely goes under?!

So You Think You Can Dance and America’s Best Dance Crew judge Shane Sparks officially entered a not guilty plea to eight counts of child molestation today.

He was arrested back in mid-December for allegedly performing several lewd acts on an then-underage female over a span of several years, beginning in 1994.

A decade and a half later, Shane Sparks faces child molestation claims? It sounds suspect, to say the very least. His accuser has not yet been publicly named.

Sparks is due back in court on April 20. His lawyer has called the case a “Hollywood style extortion” attempt and says his client will be completely vindicated.

SAD SHANE: Sparks joined our esteemed gallery of celebrity mug shots late last year, but will the charges against the dancing machine stick? We’ll find out soon enough.

Andrew Young somehow had (or still has) a John Edwards-Rielle Hunter sex tape, which a North Carolina judge ordered the former Edwards loyalist to hand over.

Having failed to do so, Young is being held in contempt and jailed.

The Raleigh News & Observer reports Chatham County Superior Court Judge Abraham Penn Jones has ordered Young and his wife, Cheri, jailed up to 75 days.

Jones believes Andrew Young lied about how many copies of the sordid John and Rielle sex tape exist, as well as how many people have viewed that nastiness.

“There were things told to the court, under oath, in affidavits, in testimony that turned out to be inaccurate,” the judge said, laying the smack down on Young.

Young, whose best-seller The Politician outlines his role in helping orchestrate and cover up Edwards’ affair and love child with Rielle Hunter, said he found the John Edwards sex tape while cleaning out an house she lived in during the affair?

He said another copy of the sex tape was handed over to the FBI for its ongoing investigation into John Edwards alleged theft of PAC funds to pay off Rielle.

A grand jury indictment of Edwards is said to be imminent by some sources. Hunter, claiming theft of personal property, has also gone after Young in court.

Some suspect that the legal assault being waged by Hunter may be masterminded by a certain shrewd former trial lawyer behind the scenes - John Edwards.

John and Rielle teaming up? Wouldn’t that be ironic.

As you know, President Barack Obama received the Nobel Peace Prize and he is donating the $1.4 million prize to 10 different charities.
